The HSL 3300 determines liquid level by measuring the hydrostatic pressure generated by the liquid column above the sensor.
The transmitter is immersed directly in the liquid to measure the height or depth of the liquid column, making it suitable for tanks, wells, rivers and other water-level applications.
A highly stable piezoresistive pressure sensor combined with a high-accuracy signal processing circuit supports dependable level measurement.
The HSL 3300 supports measuring ranges from 0 to 5 m up to 0 to 400 m, depending on configuration.
The sensor is available with stainless steel and PTFE construction options, while the transmitter uses die cast aluminium housing for industrial applications.
